Studio Calypso is a digital studio working with, mainly Belgian, clients and graphic partners in different sectors. We make the difference by building our websites with a (typo)graphic background and a keen eye for detail. Without developers, but with pagebuilders. Pagebuilding is building web pages with only a basic knowledge of CSS, and thus without knowledge of HTML or any other programming language. This is done visually, via a drag and drop principle, from a backend environment supplemented with CSS code. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic new pagebuilding colleague with an eye for graphic detail in web development. You will receive extensive training (pagebuilding and project management) to learn how to work with our custom build system. After that you will be assigned your own projects and, besides being a pagebuilder, you will also spend part of your time as project manager, giving clients a short training at the end of their project and remaining the contact person after delivery for additional questions or further support.

Requirements & skills

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital agency- Experience with Delivery / Project / Operations- Experience with team management (3–8 people)- Conflicts can be confronted and resolved.- Fluent Dutch, professional English- Project experience- of planning tools- Knowledge of Notion, ClickUp, or similar- KPI definition and performance tracking- Manage margin, planning, capacity- Proven track record in scaling up- Leading teams strongly in resource planning
