Included training and support

To manage your site or shop independently, we provide training based on a knowledge base. The training lasts 90 minutes for online shops and 45 minutes for sites or portfolios. After the training, you are entitled to 90 minutes of free support for online shops or 45 minutes for sites and portfolios to ensure everything is clear. Additional technical support is billed at an hourly rate of €88, charged in 15-minute increments.

Included revisions

Each page-building project is delivered to match the design as closely as possible on a 1440px wide desktop screen using page-building elements. If the desktop version does not align with the design at this width, we will provide a solution or alternative at no extra cost. The mobile design is automatically generated based on the desktop version, which allows us to offer a cost-effective pricing model. Revisions to the mobile design beyond the initial 90 minutes are charged at an hourly rate of €88 for page building and €155 for (CSS) development, billed on a directional basis.
