Custom development with guarantee
Although we always align all custom development to the latest version of WordPress and/or Plugins we offer, there may be a change introduced in a subsequent version that requires your custom development to be made compatible again. From our experience, this is rather rare and although we cannot predict code changes, we offer a 6 month repair guarantee on all customisation - this guarantee ensures that for a period of 6 months you will have no additional costs and after new upgrades of WordPress and/or Plugins your custom code will remain compatible at no extra charge.

With every shop, portfolio or site, a personal training and 30 days of free support are included. The free support is intended to complement the training and to allow you to ask questions about managing your site, shop, products and orders for another 30 days free of charge. Business-critical WordPress applications
Given the business-critical nature of many customised WordPress sites, it is sometimes not safe to perform updates without testing them beforehand. To avoid this, you can opt for the'staged update verification' option. With this option, all automatic updates are disabled and are performed manually once a month after all updates necessary for a safe and stable installation have been tested on a copy of the latest version of your site that we install on a test server. The costs of testing or in case of a custom code change will remain in control but you have the guarantee that your business critical WordPress application will not stop working after executing updates because these problems can first be solved on the test environment before installing the updates.
Training and support included
To get started with your custom features, a training session is provided. The training duration is unlimited in time during one session. To make sure that everything is clear, you are entitled to 90 minutes of free support after the training. Technical support is charged per quarter of an hour started at a rate of €75 for working hours under direction.
Revisions included for site or shop implementation
Each page-building project is delivered in such a way that the design is as close as technically possible to the page-building elements on the desktop at 1440px width. If things on the desktop version are not in line with the design at the same screen width, a solution or alternative will be provided at no extra cost. The mobile design is built by an algorithm on the basis of the desktop version. This allows us to offer the most cost-efficient pricing model. Revisions to the mobile design after the first 90 minutes are charged at €75 for pagebuilding and €150 for (css) development.
