Customization with warranty

Although we constantly tune all our custom developments to the latest versions of WordPress and/or Plugins we offer, it is possible that a subsequent version will introduce a change that will require your customization to be made compatible again. From our experience, however, this is rather rare. Even though we cannot predict code changes, we offer a six-month repair warranty on all our customizations. Thanks to this guarantee, you can rest assured that for a period of six months, you will not be charged any additional fees. After new upgrades to WordPress and/or Plugins, your custom code will remain compatible at no charge.

Business-critical WordPress applications

Given the mission-critical nature of many custom WordPress sites, it is sometimes not safe to perform updates without testing them beforehand. To avoid this, you can choose the option 'staged update verification'. With this option, all automatic updates are disabled and updates are performed manually once a month, after all updates required for a secure and stable installation have been tested on a copy of the latest version of your site, which we install on a test server. The costs for testing, or in the case of custom code modifications, are charged on a directional basis. In this way, you have the guarantee that your business-critical WordPress application will not stop working after running updates, because any problems can first be resolved on the test environment before the updates are installed.

Included training and support

To get started with the customization features yourself, training is provided. The training duration is during one session and is unlimited in time. After the training you are entitled to 90 minutes of free support to make sure everything is clear. Technical support is charged per 15 minutes started at an hourly rate of €75 on a directional basis.

Revisions included for implementation on site or shop

Each pagebuilding project is delivered to approach a width of 1440px on desktop, approaching the design as close as possible to the technical limits with pagebuilding elements. If on the desktop version elements do not align with the design at the same screen width, a solution or alternative is provided at no additional cost. The mobile design is automatically generated based on the desktop version, which allows us to offer the most cost-effective pricing model possible. Revisions on the mobile design are payable after the first 90 minutes at an hourly rate of €75 for page building and €150 for (css) development on a directional basis.
